ADAM SMITH

Adam Smith, born 24th of May 1996, is the CEO of Hot Beans Web. After working up through the ranks at Kinahan Technologies, he decided to start his own company. This is after gaining valuable skills he learnt such as leadership, teamwork and resilience to build this company from the ground up. As of November 2025, the company is the fastest growing website development company in 2025.

JAMES WYNTER

James Wynter, born 8th of October 2003, is the newest trainee developer at Hot Beans Web. James studied BTEC Level 3 ICT at Gloucester College between 2019 - 2021. He managed to achieve a distinction overall, therefore getting into University of East Anglia. After 3 hard-working years, he is now a trainee web developer, being praised by managers and fellow workmates.

LEWIS DOWDS

Lewis Dowds, born 29th of February 2000, is our main Software Developer. He ensures the software to run the websites are in top, critical condition. He joined us from his old fast food job at Kefs, joining us as he wanted 'a new challenge' and to 'push himself to limits he never knew he had'. His story proves that anyone can achieve anything with just ambition, discipline and hard work.

LOUIS ANNA

Louis Anna, born 30th of April 1992, is the CFO of Hot Beans Web Development. She came with Adam Smith. She uses her skills of finance she learnt at the University of Philadelphia to help manage the finances, aswell as when she worked for Kinahan Technologies. She decided to move as she saw it was a 'right moment' and 'with the trust of Adam, I knew the company would succeed.
